We strongly recommend this option in the months from May to October.  If temperatures are going to be over 70 degrees, chocolate can easily melt if exposed to a hot delivery truck or direct sunlight.

If you are in the southern states and know it will be hot in the winter months, we don't always know - we're under the snow!
